• Threshold – an entry point, not a product – Not a product but the entry point to the rest of the Practice: one conversation, 45 to 60 minutes, with one of Createria's managing partners. No deck, no forms. A clear next step, or a plain answer that there is no point.
• The Mirror – the system, captured without interpretation – A three-to-four-week reading of how a company actually holds together: where decisions are made, where they stall, what rests on one person. One document, one managing partner, no recommendations.
• Dark Room – the decision, brought to the point where it can no longer be postponed – Two to three days outside the operating context with one of Createria's managing partners. No plan, no facilitation. One decision, written down, and what it closes and opens.
• Composition – the right person, set into the structure that already exists – Eight to twelve weeks to find one executive for a structure that already exists, then three months alongside once they start. The role is designed before the person is found. One of Createria's managing partners, start to finish.
• Orchestration – the moment the right people stop getting in each other's way – Six to ten weeks to align who decides what, when and in which room. For teams where every person is strong and the whole does not work. No team-building, no coaching. One of Createria's managing partners.
• Continuum – clarity that holds over time – A yearly cycle of short quarterly readings by one of Createria's managing partners. An early view of drift before it shows in the numbers, a short note after each reading and a direct line in between.
