Threshold – an entry point, not a product

Threshold is not a product. It is the entry point to the other states.

This is not where we get acquainted. It is where we find out whether there is something to talk about.

No presentation. No explanations. One conversation, and two ways out of it.

Better to part at the threshold than to betray yourself later, in the dark room.

Not a product. An entry point.

Threshold is not something you buy, and it is not the first stage of a project. It is the one conversation that comes before anything is decided on either side.

Every state described on these pages begins here. Most clients go on to The Mirror, where the company is read before anyone decides anything. Some go straight to Composition, when the request is for a person and the place is already clear.

And some do not go on at all. That is part of the point.

When it makes sense

You heard about Createria from someone you trust, and you want to know whether there is a point. We want the same thing, before anyone spends time.

A company that works and no longer adds up. A place in the structure that has to be filled, and filled right. A founder preparing to hand over.

You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis. Knowing that something no longer adds up is enough.

What happens in the conversation

One conversation, 45 to 60 minutes, with one of our managing partners, the same person who will do the work, if there is work to do. No deck. No diagnostic forms.

We ask three questions and answer three. We ask what brought you here now, who besides you will live with the answer and what would make this worth it a year from today. You ask, and we answer, who exactly will be in the room, what you would receive and what you would not, and what happens if we see no point.

We check whether your company has the kind of situation we work with, and whether you are ready to see it without interpretation. You check whether our way of working is compatible with yours.

What you tell us stays with the partner you spoke to.

Two ways out

A next step. An entry point with a name: The Mirror, or straight to Composition. You know what it is, how long it takes and who does it.

Or a plain answer. If we do not see the point, we say so, with one sentence on why. It is not a verdict on you or your company. It means our way of working is not what the situation needs.

What is not here

No proposal. No pipeline. No follow-up from us.

The conversation is free, with no obligation on either side. If you do not write after it, that is an answer too, and we will not chase you.

How to begin

Write or call, and say in a sentence or two what brought you. That is enough to arrange the conversation.

An entry point, not an invitation. How to reach us, or see who will be in the room.
