How?

Most hiring processes are built around candidates. Ours is built around the system the candidate is entering.

Before we open a search, we map what already exists: the founding team, its strengths and blind spots, the organisational culture at its current stage and the specific challenge the role must resolve in the next 12 to 18 months. We use Spiral Dynamics to read the value architecture of the organisation – and Adizes to understand what functional type is missing or misplaced. This is not a framework presentation. It is how we actually think.

Only when the system is visible do we define the profile. Not a job description – a precise human architecture specification: what drives this person, how they process uncertainty, how they relate to authority and what kind of environment makes them better rather than worse.

Then we search. Targeted, not broad. We do not submit twenty candidates and let the client decide. We present a shortlist of two or three people who fit the system – and we can explain exactly why each one does, and why the others do not.

The search ends at the hire. Our involvement does not. We stay through the integration period – because the first three months determine whether the decision holds.
